Initial Liberty Dogs™ Puppy Raising Questionnaire
Below are several important questions that all require "yes" answers before a phone interview with a Liberty Dogs representative to complete the application can be scheduled.
1. Are you at least 18 years of age?
2. Are you able to accommodate a puppy in your home full-time starting at 8 weeks old until approximately 12 months old?
3. Do you currently have 2 or fewer dogs in your household?
4. Do you live within 30 miles of Reno, Nevada?
5. Are you able to commit to attending a weekly hour-long training with a Liberty Dogs Service Dog Instructor for the first 12 weeks after receiving the puppy?
If you are able to answer "yes" to the above questions, CONGRATULATIONS! You have met the first requirements to becoming a prospective Liberty Dogs Puppy Raiser!
